Selena Gomez has a worldwide fame as an actress and a singer. Disney's Wizards of Waverly Place, one of the largest projects she was a part of and has achieved the most success, is her project. The full title of Selena Gomez is Selena Marie Gomez. She was born on July 22, 1992, at Grand Prairie Texas. Amanda Cornett & Ricardo Gomez. Selena's mother was 16 years old at the time her birth. Selena got her first acting job as a showbiz actress at the age of 9 as she was Gianna as Gianna in Barney and her Friends. She became one of those kids who played with the world's best-known reptile, the purple anthropomorphic dinosaur. Selena performed on a variety of episodes of seasons 7 and 8 between 2001 until 2003. Interesting information: Demi Lovato, who was part of Barney's Friends in the same time period also, was a co-star with Selena. Selena Gomez left the show and auditioned for other shows and films, but did not have any luck. Following the end of the show, Selena was able to audition for a variety of roles in different programs and films but did not have much success. The film also featured her in the role of Emily Grace Garcia, a person she wrote musical to play in the 2006 film Brain Zapped.
